Your order will be processed immediately by the system and delivered within 1-3 business days. Shipping is insured with tracking via DPD or DHL to Germany and all other European countries.
You will receive a tracking link for your shipment via email and in your account.

- You have 30 days to return your item.
- Please note that only new and unworn items can be returned. Furthermore, the labels/hangcards must still be attached to the item.
- The product may be worn briefly to test the size and correct fit.
- We do not offer exchanges. If something doesn't fit, please reorder the desired item.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of your return by email.
- The refund will be paid out using the original payment method.
- Our average processing time for returns is 7 to 10 days.
- If you use our DHL return label, we charge €3. You can also use other shipping providers; you will be responsible for the costs.
