Your order will be processed immediately by the system and delivered within 1-3 working days. Shipping is insured with tracking via DPD or DHL to Germany and all other countries in Europe.

You will receive a tracking link for your shipment via email and in your account.

• You have 30 days to return your item.
• Please note that only new and unworn items can be returned. Furthermore, the labels/hang cards must still be attached to the item when returning it.
• The product may be worn briefly to test the size and correct fit.
• We do not offer exchanges of goods. If something does not fit, please re-order the desired item.
• You will receive confirmation of receipt of your return by email.
• The refund will be paid out using the original payment method.
• Our average processing time for returns is 7 to 10 days.
• If you use our DHL return label, we charge €3. You can also use other shipping providers, but you will be responsible for the costs.
